Happy to Be Working as Part of the Portland Grid Project!
Was invited to join the Portland Grid Project in January and have been enjoying participating in it since then. We are a group of area photographers who document the City of Portland as it changes, photographing one discrete area, based on a map grid, of the City each month. The total of 98 map grids cover all areas of the City. The other ten current photographers for the Project are all great, good photographers and good people. We meet normally once a month to view…

Happy to be spending time working on fund-raising to help complete the photography portion of my project The Far North, Portrait of the Arctic, begun in 2002. The Arctic is a wonderful, magical, yet threatened place. It is difficult to get to but an incredible place with incredible people who impress me on every visit.
