Honored and humbled to have this Summer received a grant from the Oregon Arts Commission and Ford Family Foundation to help support a 40-year retrospective exhibit of work from my project The Visitor, Walking 1000 Miles through Mexico! Work in PRIDE Show in June in Portland!

You are cordially invited to the PRIDE show at the Multnomah Arts Center Gallery in Portland this month.    Am happy to have three of my early Totem stacked imagery pieces in the exhibit, one not exhibited in more than 15 years.  The other two were exhibited in the Northwest Biennial at the Tacoma Art Museum, receiving an Honorable Mention Award from New York artist Fred Wilson.  These three were seminal works in my Totem project which later has featured large works.  The works in…
